# 3.1 Tokenomics

**Token Overview**

– Token name: PolySync

– Total supply: 100,000,000

– Blockchain: Ethereum (ERC-20)

**Token Distribution:**

* **Initial Distribution**:
  * 90% for Initial Public Sale / Uniswap Liquidity
  * 10% for Ecosystem, Partnerships, KOLs, Community Rewards

**Trading Tax**

– Buy and sell transactions: A 5% tax will be applied to all **PolySync** token buy and sell transactions.

**Transfer Tax is 5%**

**Tax Breakdown:**

4% reinvested into the project: This supports ongoing development, maintenance, and marketing efforts.

1% going to LP.
